1. This membership entitles all family members (both spouses,

Children of member and children who are still in high school and not married). When a child turns 19 or is no longer considered IRS dependent, he/she is required to purchase and individual membership

for half price until the age of 21 and abide by the rules and regulations.

2. DP Resort reserves the right to revoke any membership without refund or obligation to any member or guest who is in violation of

DP Resort rules and regulations, State and Federal laws and regulations, and/or anyone participating in disorderly conduct or excessive drinking and/or anyone causing dissention among manage-

ment or members.

3. ALL GUESTS of members are REQUIRED to sign our waiver upon

entering the property of DP member will lose his/her privileges.

Hunting guest must be approved by a DP Hunting manager. Guest

Fees are $50.00/day for big game and $25.00/day for small game-no

half days will be offered. Guest fees MUST be paid in advance prior

to the hunt. Hunting guests are limited to a maximum of 4 days per season unless approved by management. All guest fees and/or penalties are the sole responsibilities of the member.

4. During deer and turkey hunting season, riding of ATV’s will not be

allowed (except to and from the stand) before 10:00 am or after 3:00 pm, scouting will be allowed between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, the rifle range will be open from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm unless approved by management.

Skeet Range hours are 10:00 am till 3:00 pm.

5. DEER COOLER

A. Maximum use is 4 days, after 4^th day a $3.00 per day charge

will be assessed.

B. All carcasses must be labeled.

C. DP Resort is not responsible for meat in the cooler.

E. Remains MUST be disposed of properly or pay a $50.00

hauling fee.

6. TRASH

A. No trash cans, bottles, paper, seed/fertilizer bags are to be

Left in the woods. If found in your area, there will be a

$10.00 fine PER incident.

B. Anyone caught littering or dumping on the property will be

Fined!

C. Smokers need to take a plastic bottle with sealable cap for

cigarette but disposal and removable.

D. Everyone must remove any thrash, or sent attractants in and

around their hunting area.

E. Please police your camping area for trash. This will help us

keep costs down and help keep your camping area in a neat

and orderly fashion.

7. Firearm hunting will be allowed during archery only season for Small

Game ONLY. No high power firearms are permitted for hog hunting

during archery only season.

8. DEER REQUIRMENTS FOR MEMBERS

A) DOES

1. Does must be mature and weigh at least 80 lbs

(see Deer Harvest Chart in lodge)

2. Six (6) Does are allowed per Family Membership

B) BUCKS

1. 6-point or better, and a minimum outside spread of 14 inches on all Harvested Bucks.

Points must be at least 1inch in length or longer. Three (3)

Bucks are allowed per Family Membership.

2. Bucks must meet specifications or there is a $200.00 penalty

3. If the second inferior buck is killed the members’ deer hunt-

ing can be suspended until next years’ season. This will

exclude button bucks.

4. Any member that harvests 2 button bucks may be put on

probation. Three button bucks may terminate membership

with no refund.

C) PENALITIES

1. Button Bucks- $50.00

2. Spike Buck (broken skin)- $100.00

3. Lesser Does and Hogs-$50.00

4. All others (unless specified)-$200.00

5. All fines and/or penalties must be paid before continuing to

hunt.

6. All shots must be reported to DP Hunting Management. A

wound (blood found) is considered as a kill and counts

toward total harvest.

9. DEER REQUIREMENTS FOR GUEST

NOTE: Hunting use for entertaining business clients must be approved

by DP Resort. Any penalty buck shot by clients will be fined

$500.00. (We are not selling deer!)

Any deer wound (blood found) will be considered a kill and may be charged

$200.00 if not recovered.

A) DOES

1. Limit 1 Doe per Guest unless approved prior to hunt.

2. A $50.00 kill fee applies.

3. Does must be mature and weigh at least 80 lbs.

B) 1^ST BUCK

1. Trophy fee of $200.00 for any antlered deer.

2. Penalties apply

3. A button buck is subject to a $100.00 fine

2^nd BUCK

1. Trophy fee of $250.00 on any tract

2. Penalties apply

3. $200.00 penalty for any Buck less than 6-point (Points

must be least 1 inch in length or longer) antlered deer

killed

4. A button buck is subject to a $150.00 fine.

10. STANDS AND FOOD PLOTS

A) Each member is allowed to install no more than 2 ladder stand

tripods, or portables. Any additional stands must be approved

by DP Hunting Management. Any Stand not tagged with a DP

Tag that shows members name and number may be removed

from property.

B) A hunter is given a 150 yard restricted radius area while in the

stand.

C) Member may reserve a stand site one hunt in advance.

D) A member may not reserve a stand site until existing member

has signed out of area.

E) Structures ( i.e. stands, blinds, shoot houses, etc.) that are

Attached to the ground become part of the property once

attached and may not be removed without DP Resort permission. Other members may use and shoot houses or

ground blinds built by other members.

F) If you choose to make a Food Plot it must be approved by

DP Hunting management.

G) Members may build Food Plots but can not restrict other

Members from hunting in the area or on the Food plot.

11. TURKEY REQUIREMENTS/MEMBER

A) All members are allowed 3 bearded birds. Only one which may

be a Jake. (6” beard or less) Additional Jakes $50.00 each. If

2 Jakes are harvested it could result in probation or termination hunting rights.

12. TURKEY REQUIREMENTS / GUESTS

A) No Jakes allowed (6” beard or less). $100.00 penalty. Second

Jake $150.00

B) First Gobbler $100.00 Trophy Fee. Second Gobbler $150.00

Trophy Fee.

C) Penalty applies on top of trophy Fee.

13. HOG REQUIREMENTS / MEMBERS

A) May kill only 2 hogs per Family Membership.

B) Must be 40 pounds or better

C) If specifications are not met please see the penalty section.

14. HOG REQUIRMENTS / GUESTS

A) Guest are allowed 1 Hog. $100.00 Trophy Fee

Boar / Sow. Penalty applies on top of Trophy Fee.

15. FISHING REGULATIONS / MEMBERS

A) 1 acre lake at sporting clay range- Bream, Bass, and Catfish

B) 4 acre lake behind Hilton, Bream, Bass, and Catfish- no

restrictions on size. 3 Bass, 5 Catfish, 12 Bream limit per

Family membership per day.

C) 27 acre lake- 20 Bream, 20 Crappie and 10 Catfish

D) Bass on 27 acre lake are catch and release only.

MUST SIGN IN AND OUT AND HARVEST RECORD !!!

16. FISHING REGULATIONS / GUESTS

A) $25.00 day guest fee. Limit 2 visits.

17. QUAIL PRIVILEGES

A) Members have the privilege to use quail habitat areas when

available to release birds on DP Resort.

B) Members may not hunt residual birds without permission.

18. ALL game that is harvested MUST be registered at the camp,

including weight, date and type of animal. Failure to report

Harvest of any game or fish will result in immediate termination

of membership with no refund.

NO FIELD DRESSING ALLOWED!!

19. DP Resort reserves the right to amend its rules and regulation at their

discretion.

20. Comments, suggestions, or complaints should be directed to the Resort manager.

21. ABSOLUTELY NO HUNTING allowed if alcohol consumed six hours prior to hunt!! No exceptions! If you are caught drinking while

Hunting your membership may be immediately terminated without

refund. NO EXCUSES and NO EXCEPTIONS!!
