Durhamtown strives to provide the safest riding facility possible.

We ask that you and your family understand and follow all the rules,

all the time.

This is done to ensure your safety, the safety of your family and the safety of other riders as well.

NOTICE: Our Insurance does NOT cover you or any of your vehicles including: Dirt Bikes, ATV's or any other Vehicles while on the premises. Our Insurance does NOT cover you on any of our rental vehicles.!!!

YOU RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK and ride safely. Dirt Bike-ATV-Bicycle Riding, Skate Boarding, Hunting and Fishing can be dangerous.

Accidents, injuries and/or death can occur. You must sign all waivers and paperwork upon arrival.

NOTICE:

The Freestyle Area is strictly for professional riders and the general public is strictly prohibited in that area without management permission!

NEW MX SAFETY REGULATIONS

D.O.T. APPROVED HELMETS, RIDING BOOTS, AND CHEST PROTECTORS ARE REQUIRED ON ALL MX TRACKS AND TRAILS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN! NO BICYCLE HELMETS OR SKATEBOARD HELMETS ALLOWED ON TRACKS OR TRAILS!

EXAMPLES OF RECOMMENDED RIDING GEAR

Long Pants, Long-sleeved Shirt, Elbow Guards, Knee/Shin Guards, Long Socks, Kidney Belt

We have protective gear available for rent as well. This is recommended only for your safety.
